This Dolcetto from Walla Walla Valley serves up slightly tart flavors of red plum and rich cherry with finely textured tannins and notes of cocoa and baking spice lingering through a nice finish. On the nose, aromas allude to strawberry jam, a dash of Allspice and hints of sweet tobacco and mint.
