This Willamette Valley Sauvignon Blanc shows some beautiful character and would be an exceptional food wine for seafood and creamy or buttery sauces. On the nose, its assertive with aromas of fresh green herbs, tomato leaf, gooseberry and lime zest. On the palate, gorgeous acidity that alludes to lime, gooseberry and grapefruit pith grabs you upfront and doesn't let go through an extensive mid-palate and finish that wraps up with a refreshing salinity.
