This Rattlesnake Hills Syrah presents savory aromas of bacon fat, bay leaf and green peppercorn that wrap around notes of black fruit with hints of sweet tobacco and clove. On the palate, it delivers flavors of dark chocolate-covered blueberries with abundant notes of baking spice before an earthy finish hinting at bittersweet chocolate and a dusting of espresso.
