Red Lily Vineyards 2012 Tempranillo

This Southern Oregon Tempranillo offers a nose of blackberries, ripe fig, vanilla, black licorice and a touch of smoke. It's nicely structured and balanced with integrated tannins and flavors of black cherry and raspberry that give way to an earthy mid-palate, then a finish of dried herbs and tea. This would make a nice pairing with red meats or tomato sauces.
