Remotion 2023 Sparkling Pinot Noir Method Ancestrale

This Southern Oregon sparkling Pinot Noir is made Petillant Natural, fermented as a white wine, then finishing fermentation in the bottle. In color, it straddles pale copper with straw. It presents aromas of apple and pear with notes of brioche, lemon zest and a hint of almond paste. On the palate, it delivers brightly balanced notes of lemon, green apple and hints of ginger that linger nicely through the mid-palate and finish.
