Reustle Prayer Rock Vineyards Non-Vintage Addie's Sparkles

This sparkling white wine is made of estate grown Gruner Veltliner and Moscato from Umpqua Valley in traditional Methode Champenoise style and aged on lees for a year. The surprising result is less fruity than you might imagine; a mix of cream, biscuit and mineral notes that mix with a drop of lemon and bit of Asian pear. On the nose, aromas allude to brioche and citrus zest.
