River Stone Estate Winery 2016 Sauvignon Blanc

This British Columbia Sauvignon Blanc offers an enticing nose of fresh greens, a pleasing mouth feel and a beautifully clean balance with notes of mineral on a nicely structured finish. On the nose are aromas of lemon grass, freshly chopped green herbs, lime and honeydew melon and predominant. It's bright on the palate with lime and melon rind upfront before giving away to a lingering minerality on a polished finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
