This Syrah dominant Rhone blend includes 65% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 5% Mourvedre. Aromas allude to red licorice with notes of lavender and a dash of baking spice. On the palate, it delivers vibrant acidity with flavors alluding to plum skin and orange zest that are nicely balanced by integrated tannins carrying notes of ground coffee and dark chocolate that carry the finish.
