Sagecliffe Cellars 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon is a collaborative effort by a group of wine industry experts within the Ancient Lakes AVA of Washington. On the nose, it presents bold aromas of herbs and spices alluding to green peppercorn and Allspice with notes of sweet tobacco and cedar enveloping dried black fruit. On the palate, it delivers a rounded mouthfeel of black fruit balanced by notes of bay leaf and a hint of dusty earth as a growing acidity extends the finish alluding to a dusting of cocoa.
