Schmidt Family Vineyard 2018 Tempranillo Reserve

This Reserva-style Tempranillo from Southern Oregon packs a punch with rich flavors of dried fruit that allude to fig and raisin mixing with notes of chocolate that linger on an extensive mid-palate before a lightly textured finish with hints of cocoa and cinnamon and an uplifting acidity. Aromas clue you in to the wine's boldness with notes of blackberry jam, black licorice, leather, Allspice and tobacco.
