This Okanagan Valley Cabernet Sauvignon presents jammy black fruit aromas with hints of toasted oak notes alluding to coffee beans, cigar box and spice. On the palate, gripping acidity offers flavors of tart cherry that are balanced by finely textured earthy tannins before a finish hinting at cocoa nib and graphite.
