Sidereus Vineyard & Winery 2022 Bull's Blend

This Columbia Valley red wine blend includes 50% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Cabernet Franc. On the nose, this wine presents rich and concentrated aromas of dark berries with notes of cedar and baking spice with hints of pipe tobacco. On the palate, it delivers nicely balanced flavors of black cherry and blackberry that meet a solid tannin structure on the mid-palate bringing earthiness and a fine texture with notes of dark chocolate that grow through a lengthy finish.
