This is a full-bodied, fruit-forward red blend that shows remarkable structure, finesse and complexity. The blend consists of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Syrah and 22% Merlot. The nose offers aromas of dried dark fruit, mingling with brown baking spices, tobacco, vanilla and earthy notes hinting at sweet dried herbs. On the palate, flavors open with fruit of brambly blackberry, black cherry and earthy dark chocolate then revealing a peppery spice and pencil lead minerality on a beautiful finish. Sip after dinner or enjoy with a steak or grilled and roasted meats.
