Sokol Blosser 2019 Bluebird Cuvee Brut Sparkling Wine

Made in traditional Champenoise style, this brut sparkler is made from grapes including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Muller Thurgau and Muscat. It presents aromas of brioche, pear, lemon curd, citrus zest and light florals. On the palate, it's bright with flavors of lemon, gooseberry and green apple that are met on the mid-palate with notes of a rocky minerality that mix nicely as they linger through an elegant finish.
