St. Hubertus Estate Winery 2014 St. Hubertus Vineyard Riesling

This is a beautiful, bright, dry Riesling that would make a perfect pairing with seafood or Asian dishes. On the nose are classic Riesling notes of green apple and petrol mixing with honeysuckle, cantaloupe and hints of minced ginger and fresh basil. Flavors of lime and green apple are upfront on the palate that also shows pink grapefruit and just of touch of minerality on a bright, clean and polished finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
