This dry Riesling from Eugene, Oregon's Sweet Cheeks Winery offers aromas of green apple, classic notes of petrol and hints of fresh basil. On the palate, it offers bracing acidity with flavors alluding to lime, grapefruit and hints of orange peel and apricot woven around a refreshing steely minerality.
