Tipsy Canyon Winery 2021 Syrah

This Washington State Syrah presents bold aromas of pipe tobacco, concentrated ripe black fruit and notes of green peppercorn and black licorice. On the palate, it delivers flavors of a spiced plum sauce that mixes with notes of chocolate on the mid-palate, then lingers with great length on the finish with hints of baking spice and licorice.
