This Bordeaux style red blend from Similkameen Valley British Columbia includes 77% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon. It presents aromas of dark berry jam with notes of leather, tar, green peppercorn and a hint of baking spice. On the palate, it delivers lively flavors of blackberry that give way to notes of dark chocolate on the lingering mid-palate before a finish hinting at a dusting of espresso with a touch of graphite.
