This Lake Chelan Syrah delivers layered flavors of blackberry and blueberry that show a nice balance of acidity, giving way to notes of Allspice and creamy chocolate on the mid-palate before an earthy-mineral finish alluding to graphite. On the nose, enticing aromas draw you in, mixing blackberry jam with smoky bacon fat and floral-herbal hints of lavender, green peppercorn and sweet tobacco.
