Watermill Winery 2021 Hallowed Stones Estate Syrah

This Syrah from the Rocks District of Milton-Freewater presents aromas of smoky bacon fat and saddle leather that mix with notes of rich black fruit, sweet tobacco, Allspice and a hint of licorice. It delivers a silky mouthfeel with flavors of lively dark berries balanced by notes of dark chocolate that linger through the mid-palate and provide an earthy finish.
