This Yakima Valley Syrah presents exotic aromas of Eucalyptus with hints of green peppercorn, cardamom and leather wrapping around notes of dried fruit. On the palate, it shows a nicely structured balance with flavors of dark berries and black cherry that show a nice pop of acidity that mixes nicely with minerally graphite and iron notes on the mid-palate that carry through to a finely textured finish.
