This Rattlesnake Hills Semillon presents aromas alluding to hay and lanolin with a hint of butter that mix with notes of tree fruit and melon rind. On the palate, it delivers a refreshing splash of lime and minerals, a mid-palate hinting at green apple and a clean minerally finish with a splash of saline.
