This is a fruit forward, slightly sweet, Cabernet Sauvignon dominant red blend that shows a deft balance and intriguing complexity. On the nose are aromas of dried cherries, chocolate, fruitcake and a touch of sweet tobacco. It presents flavors of chocolate covered blueberries with hints of vanilla and brown baking spice. This Bordeaux blend includes 65% Cabernet Sauvigon, 18% Malbec, 12% Merlot and lesser amounts of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
