William Grassie Wine Estates 2013 Petite Colline
Published: November 24, 2017
This Malbec from Washington's Snipes Mountain offers an enticing and complex nose with aromas of ripe blueberries and raisin with notes of sweet tobacco, vanilla, cocoa and a hint of ground sage. Blueberries show upfront on the palate too, mixed with some black cherry and nicely balanced with notes of dried leaves, clay pot, violet and a touch of peppery spice that continues through a dry finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
