This Yakima Valley Syrah offers savory aromas of cured meat that mix with complex notes of plum sauce, sweet tobacco, Allspice, vanilla and a hint of lavender. On the palate, it delivers a rounded mouthfeel of dark fruit nicely balanced by notes of chocolate on the mid-palate that linger through the balanced finish.
