Blueberries are fortified with brandy for this blueberry dessert wine from Raymond, Washington's WooHoo Winery. It presents intriguing aromas of a boozy, lightly spiced berry sauce you might find on a savory dish like salmon, pork loin or poultry. On the palate, blueberry flavors are there, but not in your face, as sweet spicy notes alluding to Chinese 5-Spice provide a nice balance and layering of flavors.
