Y Knot Winery 2020 Syrah

This a medium-bodied Syrah from Idaho's Snake River Valley delivers bright notes of black raspberry, black cherry and plum skin with lingering acidity that fades to reveal lightly textured note of espresso and cocoa, finishing with a hint of graphite minerality. On the nose, it presents subtle aromas of dark berries that mix with light herbal-floral notes and cigar box with a hint of peppery spice.
