Y Knot Winery 2022 Riesling

This Idaho Riesling presents aromas of green apple, lime and bay leaf with a light whiff of petrol. On the palate, it leans toward the sweet side of off-day with flavors of peach that are balanced nicely with notes of tart tropical fruit dominated by pineapple that carries a bright mid-palate before a finish hinting at slightly sweet mango.
